A binding auction marketplace for project cars — built by builders, for builders. Launching Fourth of July weekend at the Goodguys Heartland Nationals.

Three steps. That's the whole thing.
Project cars don't trade like used Hondas. So the flow doesn't either. Whether you're a pro shop, a weekend fabricator, or a garage builder one weld away from done — same three steps.
A name and a face behind every project
Every Garage is a real person — pro shop, weekend builder, hobbyist, doesn't matter. Every project shows the photos, the walk-around video, and the Build Sheet: what's done, what's left, what's missing. Seller sets a Launch Price.
Crew earns the right to pull the trigger.
Buyers join a project's Crew to get on the trigger. Once Crew hits the seller's threshold (50 by default), Send It unlocks for everyone in the Crew. No Crew, no auction. Not in the Crew? You watch the auction like the rest of the public.
A buyer pulls the trigger. Sale is guaranteed.
Send It is a buyer button. The first Crew member to hit it places a binding opening bid at the Launch Price and fires a 72-hour auction. That buyer is locked in at minimum the Launch Price; higher bids beat them out. Seller keeps 100%. Buyer pays a capped 10% premium.
What The Lot
will look like.
Real listings, real builders, real Crew counts. This is what shows up when you walk through the front door on July 4.
When Crew hits threshold, you Send It.
No "review your listing." No "are you sure?" pop-up. One click and the auction goes live.
What it actually costs.
Founding
Builders.
Fifty hand-picked builders seed The Lot before public launch. Fabricators, shops, and serious garage builders with real projects ready to list. You set the culture before anyone else walks in.
- Early access two weeks before public launch (mid-June '26).
- Ten single-use invite codes — bring your circle.
- Permanent Founding Builder badge on your Garage. Server-rendered, non-spoofable.
- Direct line to the team — your feedback shapes V1.
- First 50 names go up at Goodguys Heartland Nationals. Show up. See it live.

A '67 Mustang fastback isn't a used couch. So we stopped building marketplaces that treat it like one.
Don't miss the drop.
Going live July 4, 2026. Be on the list day one.
