What the label means
Business garage
The Pro Garage label identifies a business approved by SMP. Hobby garages remain welcome and can keep listing for free.
Same fees and placement
Applying is free. Sellers pay $0. The label does not change buyer fees, listing placement, or listing limits.
Clear limits
The label does not certify workmanship, vehicle condition, ownership, or payment safety. Buyers still need to inspect the project and its paperwork.
How to apply
Your garage stays open while we review your application.
New garage or existing garage
Creating a garage? Check "Apply for Pro Garage (optional)" during setup. Already have one? Open Settings → Garage → Pro Garage, or use "Apply for Pro Garage" on your own garage.
Tell us about your business
Add your business name, city, state or region, and what your business does. A website or business page link is optional. This form does not ask for a government ID or EIN.
Submit for admin review
Check your application status in Garage settings. You can edit a pending application. If we need more details or do not approve it, you can read the reason, update your information, and resubmit.
Approval activates the label
An admin reviews the business details and records what they checked. Your garage receives the Pro Garage label only after approval.

Ready to apply?
Existing garage owners can apply in Garage settings. New members can request Pro Garage during garage setup. Application details go to SMP for review; submitting them does not publish them or grant approval.
