Our story
Built by a garage. For garages.
Sell My Project was built by RustyK5 — a group of weekend warriors who love a good project, good friends, and a weekend in the shop. We built this for everyone with a passion for turning wrenches and getting their hands dirty.

What we do
Enthusiast listings. Real outcomes.
Fair, clear fees
Seller $0. If a sale closes through the site, the buyer pays 5% of the confirmed number when the seller Accepts, maximum $5,000. A driveway handshake is $0. No surprise math at the finish line.
Trust you can see
Build sheets, work records, the Window Sticker, and permanent Sold Stories — so buyers know what they are looking at before they drive out to see it.
Garage-first community
Follow real shops and builders, talk to them about a build, and skip the Facebook DM circus. Tire-kickers filter out before anyone drives across the state.

Most builds get eyes on it over days or weeks, not hours. There is no clock: the project stays in Classifieds at your ask until someone takes it, or until you take it down.
